Saratoga Racers Battle Hard in Loss to Binghamton Bulldogs

Saratoga Racers lost to the Binghamton Bulldogs, 127-109, in a game featuring 11 lead changes on Saturday at The Bulldog Sports Complex suffering their 2nd straight loss and falling to 4-3 on the season. All three of the Racers losses this season have come to teams currently ranked in the top 20 of the ABA’s weekly Power Rankings. Trailing 25-20, Binghamton Bulldogs went on a 15-point run to take the lead. John Ryals III scored 24 points to lead Saratoga Racers. Saratoga Racers scored at will in the paint, shooting 38-65 on twos and 9-26 (35%) from beyond the arc. Saratoga Racers pressured the ball all game, collecting 17 steals. Tobias Holmes led the team with three steals. Joey Harden led Saratoga Racers with seven rebounds. Holmes (19 points), RJ Rosa (13 points), Isaiah Grandison (11 points), Luke Perez (11 points), Donavan Williams (9 points), Harden (8 points), Cam Thomas (8 points), and Terrell Camp (6 points) also pitched in for Saratoga Racers. Xavier Hill was the leading scorer for Binghamton Bulldogs with 37 points and Ralph Williams added 25 points.
