Rj Rosa and Joey Harden teamed up to lead Saratoga Racers past Vermont Coyotes, 134-126, on Sunday at Barre Municipal Auditorium. Harden scored 20 points and grabbed 18 rebounds while Rosa scored 29 points.

Saratoga Racers took the lead for good on a three by John Ryals III after a close game that featured eight lead changes.

Trailing 27-25, Saratoga Racers went on an 11-point run to take the lead. Saratoga Racers had a strong first half, leading 67-57 at halftime and never looked back, securing the victory.

Saratoga Racers had six assists in the second quarter, as they outscored Vermont Coyotes 36-30.

Rosa scored 29 points to lead Saratoga Racers. Tyler Mcleod, Tyler Mitchell, Donovan Williams, Ryals III, and Rosa each hit multiple three-pointers for Saratoga Racers. The team shot 19-44 (43%) from beyond the arc. Ryals III made nine of 12 free throws, and Saratoga Racers attempted 29. Saratoga Racers rebounded the ball well, collecting 46 rebounds. Harden led the team with 18 rebounds. Saratoga Racers swiped 29 steals in the game. Anthony Mitchell led the team with six steals. Also contributing for Saratoga Racers were Ryals III (23 points), Mcleod (21 points), Harden (20 points), Mitchell (16 points), Mitchell (9 points), Williams (6 points), Luke Perez (6 points), and Cam Thomas (4 points).


Scott Lampron led Vermont Coyotes in scoring with 37 points and pulled down 11 rebounds.

The Racers will look for the two game sweep against Vermont next Sunday (11/30/2025) when they host Vermont in their home opener at 3pm.
